Nope, definitely not!!! We won’t charge you an arm and a leg and certainly not your first born! Lol!  Shipping is automatically calculated through USPS! 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING???

For international orders, your total shipping cost is calculated directly from the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL, which can take up to 10 to 15 Business Days and customs may get a little nosey! Boooooo!!! Just know, it will be SO worth the wait! Also, there are NO extra fees or handling charges. We highly encourage you to add insurance as you certainly don't want your beautiful SolAura piece to get lost in the mail. 

WHEN WILL MY SOLAURA PIECE ARRIVE???

If I could, I would PERSONALLY deliver it right to your door. But then, that would take me away from creating more new and exciting designs, which I'm sure you're anxiously awaiting! Lol! Our most common method of delivery is USPS. If your package weight is below 16 oz, we ship it using First Class 1-3 Business Days including Puerto Rico. If you live in Alaska (brrrrr), Guam or Hawaii (Aloha), shipping can take 3-5 Business Days.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?!?!?

Well that depends! All our pieces are made to order! Yeah, you read that correctly!!! THEY ARE MADE TO ORDER, each and every piece! I still wonder how I keep up! Lol!

If the necessary stock is on hand or if I'm not on vacation, I can get your package out to you as soon as the next day! I highly recommend you add insurance to your package.  

INSURANCE? WHY DO I NEED IT?? 

There's nothing worse than loosing something in the mail and having to pay for it again. Insurance covers the value of your item and should it get lost in the mail, a simple signature on a USPS provided claim form would be all that’s needed to promptly send out your new SolAura designed piece to you!!! That's it! 

 

 

RETURN for EXCHANGE ONLY

I'M NOT QUITE SURE IF I'M VIBING WITH THIS PIECE, CAN I RETURN IT?

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for a refund BUT we do accept RETURNS FOR AN EXCHANGE!!!  See, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel! We would be more than willing to EXCHANGE IT with any other piece of equal or lesser value. All we ask is that you cover the shipping cost and mail it directly to:

Also, I can't stress this enough, but please include insurance with your package. I can't bear the thought of your beautiful piece being lost somewhere out in mail land. That would be a sad day at the SolAura Headquarters. So please give your piece a chance and add insurance! :-)

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO ME?

NOPE!!! If you live in the continental U.S, we've got that cost covered! We only ship USPS FIRST CLASS 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

If you live internationally, we are unable to pay for the cost of return shipping on your returned item. 

OK, SO I KNOW TO INCLUDE INSURANCE (You've said it enough times), BUT HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE?

From the day you receive your SolAura Designed Piece, you have 15 days to return for an exchange.

First, make sure you really want to part with your SolAura Designed Piece. Try it on with EVERYTHING in your closet before sending it back. If you still are unhappy then do the following:

STEP 1:  Send me a message ASAP! Let me know what SolAura Designed Piece you'd like to exchange it with, as our pieces tend to sell very quickly. I will do my best to set it aside so someone else doesn't grab it! I'll follow up by sending you an email confirming your request OR you can always call me, besides, I really LOVE hearing from my fans!!! I can be contacted at: 619-335-8122. (Just so you know, that number rings a second line on my cell. Yeah, that's how important you are to me!)

STEP 2:  Repackage your UNWASHED (some of us are allergic to certain detergents), UNWORN (I do the smell test. No, really, I do), UNDAMAGED piece in its "original packaging." THIS helps to SAVE THE PLANET!!! But if you threw the package away, any packaging will do as long as it makes it to us undamaged :-)

STEP 3:  Print out a shipping label, with insurance, via USPS on-line. I recommend First Class as this is the most economic way to go, so don't overspend! Give it to your post man or woman and finito! You're done!!! Or, you can go to your local post office, hand them the package and they'll do the rest! EASY, CHEESY, DONE!!!

STEP 4:  Sit back and wait for your Sol-Piece to arrive!
